Make information flow more smoothly
A common problem is having the same business information in several tools: a form, a calendar, a spreadsheet and an invoicing system. Depending on available APIs and permissions, these can sometimes be connected so teams repeat less work. But each connection introduces dependencies, so we first assess whether the benefit is worth the complexity.
Integrations before full rebuilds
If your existing booking system or CRM already does most of what you need, a targeted integration may be more sensible than rebuilding the entire workflow. We consider supported connectors, API limits, vendor rules and data ownership before proposing a solution. Where no suitable integration exists, we'll explain that rather than promise a connection that cannot be delivered.
Custom features should solve a defined problem
Examples of bespoke functionality include a tailored enquiry journey, internal dashboard, customer-facing calculator or specialist admin interface. The right design depends on who will use it, how data is managed and what the business must achieve. We define acceptance criteria and distinguish essential features from later enhancements.
Access, security and ongoing maintenance
Connecting systems may involve credentials, webhooks and data-processing arrangements. We plan appropriate access controls, test failure paths and describe the responsibilities for ongoing service availability. Third-party API changes or provider outages are real constraints, and relevant subscriptions or usage charges should be visible before a project starts.
How we scope an integration
We begin with your existing tools and a concrete description of the desired result. A straightforward supported connection may be much simpler than a custom application. We propose a scope, quote and practical handover, and only move into development after the approach is agreed. Advanced work may fall under our bespoke starting price of £1,750, but pricing is project-specific.
Common questions
Can you connect any two applications?
Not always. It depends on the APIs, permissions and terms offered by the software providers.
Will you replace our current tools?
Not unless that makes sense and is agreed. Often it is better to connect or extend systems already in use.
Do integrations need maintenance?
They sometimes do, particularly when third-party services update APIs or credentials expire. We explain likely ongoing work in the proposal.
